Why should I use a mortgage broker instead of a bank?Mortgage brokers will collect your info and can shop around to different lenders for you. This saves you the hassle of providing the same info to multiple different lenders. Brokers also have relationships with lenders and have the industry knowledge of which lender will be better for your unique circumstance. They find the best product for you. Banks can only sell the handful of products they offer, which is not always the best fit for your situation. The person doing your mortgage at the bank is unlikely to be the same person you deal with the next time, so you do not get an opportunity to build a relationship with them like you would with your broker.

Can you do loans?I can do RRSP loans, so that you can make your RRSP contribution and get the tax refund. If you are looking for a loan to pay off debt, I can help you refinance your current mortgage or get additional mortgages to pay off things like credit cards, CRA debt, Consumer Proposals, collections and judgements.

What are your current mortgage rates?There are a few variables that will impact the rate available to you. If you send me a message and include the down payment you plan to make, the term you are looking for, and the property address if applicable, I can give you a precise answer. What type of mortgages can you do?I can do all mortgage types! Regular mortgages, purchase plus improvements, construction mortgages, refinances, commercial and even private mortgages. I use major financial institutions like TD, federally-regulated lenders like First National and CMLS, as well as private companies depending on your mortgage needs.

What type of investments can you do?I can do all registered and non-registered account investments. This would include RRSPs, FHSA's, TFSA's, non-registered investment accounts, as well as everyday deposit accounts.
